Duties

  • Evolves minimum standards requirements for ICT equipment and oversees their implementation;

  • Prepares and recommend standards and codes; rules and regulations for the communications industry;

  • Processes and recommends certification and type approval of ICT equipment;

  • Organizes stakeholders’ fora provide education on legal provisions, procedures for licensing, and regulation of ICT systems;
