Partner terms
These terms apply when you use Discover Arusha partner workspaces — Stay, Transfer and Contribution — under one account.
One account, three services
- You may open Stay, Transfer and/or Contribution under the same email when Discover Arusha enables each service for you.
- Access to each tab is separate: approval for one service does not automatically approve another.
- You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity under your account.
Stay partners
- Stay is for hotels, lodges, villas and property managers listing accommodation in or around Arusha.
- Guest stay requests remain unconfirmed until you accept them. Keep inventory, rates and house rules accurate.
- You must have authority to manage the property you list and honour confirmed bookings in good faith.
Transfer partners
- Transfer is for licensed transport and tour operators receiving transfer offers from Discover Arusha.
- Offers and assignments depend on the capacity and details you provide. Update fleet and availability promptly.
- Completed trips and guest care remain your operational responsibility under applicable transport rules.
Contribution partners
- Contribution is for organizers, attractions, tour operators and local businesses submitting events, places and stories.
- Every submission is reviewed before publication. We may edit for clarity, ask for changes, or decline content that breaks our guidelines.
- Submit only material you own or have permission to use, with accurate dates, locations and contacts.
Conduct & suspension
- Do not use partner tools for scams, illegal activity, hate speech, adult content or misleading listings.
- Discover Arusha may suspend or close a workspace (or the whole account) if these terms or local law are broken.
- You may ask us to close your partner account; unpublished drafts may be removed, while published content may be archived where guests still need history.
