Do I need to select a service before creating an account?
No. Explore the pathways first, create your account when you are ready, then choose one or more services.
Can I choose more than one service?
Yes. After registration you can select one or several. You can also add another service later from My Workspace without creating a new account.
Does creating an account approve my services?
No. Creating an account never automatically approves a service. Each pathway has its own application and review process.
What if I already have an account?
Sign in with your existing Discover Arusha email and password, then continue to choose or manage services from My Workspace.
Who can join Discover Arusha?
Accommodation hosts, transport operators, businesses seeking paid promotion, and people or organisations who want to submit local content for editorial review.
Can I promote my business without offering stays or transfers?
Yes. Promote is a separate pathway for advertising and featured placements. It does not require you to be a Stays or Transfers partner.
