What if my flight is delayed?
We track every flight. Your driver adjusts to the real landing time at no extra cost.
Where will the driver meet me?
In the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. We send the driver’s name and number before you land.
How do I pay?
Pay the driver in cash (USD or TZS) or arrange mobile money or card in advance — whatever suits you.
Can you take us on safari or to Moshi?
Yes. We run private transfers across northern Tanzania — Moshi, Karatu, Tarangire and beyond. Just ask.
Is there space for luggage and child seats?
